Rapture in Death | J D Robb

Okay, I can't figure this site out. How to just sit and add books once a week or so is beyond me and I don't want to write a review on every book I read. Face it, I have like TEN books to add today to catch up and I am not a paid reviewer. My experience is sooner or later someone will be hateful to me and I am done with that. Sorry, checking out now.

Immortal in Death | J. D. Robb

Finished this one last night. Going to read Dean Koontz The Night Window and perhaps Cherokee America for a little break, then on to the next three of In Death.

Naked in Death | J D Robb

I have read so many books in this series, out of order. Everytime I try to read them all in order, between finances and library lack I never get through them. Moved to Henderson, NV and it looks like between Henderson Library, and Las Vegas Clark County Library, I may FINALLY be able to read this entire series in order. Starting from this first book - and I must say, I think I had forgotten how much I enjoyed them.

StayCurious These books are great! But I do think you‘ll enjoy them more in order😊 6y
demented pixie @StayCurious I'm sure I will. I'm really looking forward to finally being able to accomplish this. I'm still figuring out how Litsy works (or not) LOL. Joined for the 24in48. Looking for some doable goals/challenges to help me adjust to some lifestyle changes. Open to suggestions. The #BFC looks interesting but may not be doable during the summer here.

StayCurious @demented pixie I‘m doing both. The BFC is good because you set the goals yourself and they‘re extremely flexible. Check out @wanderinglynn for more info - but I think the sign up deadline is tonight. 6y

wanderinglynn @demented Yes, the sign-up ends tonight. But @StayCurious is correct—this is an individual challenge. You set your own goals & the fitness goals can be physical, nutritional, or mental wellness. So goals run the gamut from walking & swimming to eating healthy to meditation, praying, or journal writing. The book goal (physical, e-, or audio) is simply how many you wish to get through in 6 week. 6y
wanderinglynn And our #BFC philosophy is life happens, so adapt & change. As long as you don‘t quit, you‘re winning. So if you start with one goal and it‘s not working because of weather or your job or whatever, change it! Changing a goal is not a sign of weakness or failure. Each day is a new day to start anew. We each have our abilities, limitations, & journey. It‘s not a competition—we all cross the finish line together. (edited) 6y
demented pixie @wanderinglynn I love that philosophy! Thank you for your encouragement and support. I ran onto the #irontomeathon and already signed up for #24in48 so I think I'm set for July. I'll see how it goes and if I enjoy them and then consider the next round of #BFC. Thanks again! 6y
wanderinglynn Good luck with your events! 6y
